Artvin ( Laz and Georgian : ართვინი , romanized : artvini ; Russian : Артвин , romanized :  Artvin ; Armenian : Արտուին , romanized :  Ardvin ) is a city in northeastern Turkey about 30 kilometres (19 miles) inland from the Black Sea . It is the seat of Artvin Province and Artvin District . Its population is 25,841 (2021).
