Dukem (var. Dukam , Duukam ; Oromo : Duukam ) is a town in central Oromia Region , Ethiopia . Located in the Oromia Special Zone Surrounding Finfinne , 37 kilometers southeast of Addis Ababa and 10 kilometers northwest of Bishoftu , this town has a latitude and longitude of 08°48′N 38°54′E  /  8.800°N 38.900°E  / 8.800; 38.900 and an elevation of 1950 meters above sea level. It is the administrative center of Akaki Aanaa .
