Dushun ( Chinese : 杜順 ; pinyin : Dùshùn ; Wade–Giles : Tu-shun ) (557–640) was the First Patriarch of the Huayan School of Chinese Buddhism , which has the Indian Avatamsaka Sutra as its central scripture.
