Flemish Brabant ( Dutch : Vlaams-Brabant [ˌvlaːmz ˈbraːbɑnt] ; French : Brabant flamand [bʁabɑ̃ flamɑ̃] ) is a province of Flanders , one of the three regions of Belgium .
