The Jay Paley House is a large house at 1060 Brooklawn Drive, near the borders of Benedict Canyon , Holmby Hills , Bel Air , and Beverly Hills in Los Angeles . It was designed by Paul R. Williams for businessman Jacob Jay Paley (1885-1960) and his wife Lilian Paley (Sevin) (1893-1954). The 13 bedroom, 15,100 sqft house was built in 1935 on a six-acre estate.
