Luba-Katanga , also known as Luba-Shaba and Kiluba ( Luba-Katanga : Kiluba ), is a Bantu language ( Zone L ) of Central Africa . It is spoken mostly in the south-east area of the Democratic Republic of the Congo by the Luba people .
