Sragen Regency ( Javanese : ꦑꦧꦸꦥꦠꦺꦤ꧀ꦱꦿꦒꦺꦤ꧀ , romanized: Kabupatèn Sragèn ) is a regency ( Indonesian : kabupaten ) in the eastern part of Central Java province in Indonesia .
