Yilong ( simplified Chinese : 仪陇县 ; traditional Chinese : 儀隴縣 ; pinyin : Yílǒng Xiàn ) is a county in the northeast of Sichuan Province , China. It is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Nanchong . Zhu De's Former Residence is located here. Zhu De was general and one of the pioneers of the Chinese Communist Party .
