Chulman ( Russian : Чульман ) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement ) in Neryungrinsky District of the Sakha Republic , Russia , located 41 kilometers (25 mi) from Neryungri , the administrative center of the district, on the Chulman River . As of the 2010 Census , its population was 9,766.
