Banu Ijl ( Arabic : بنو عجل ), also known as Banu Ajal , was an Arab tribe present in Lower Mesopotamia in the pre-Islamic and early Islamic period. It was a branch of the Banu Bakr tribe and part of the Lahazim tribal alliance.
