The Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium ( Turkish pronunciation: [ˈʃycɾy saɾaˈdʒoːɫu] ), known for sponsorship reasons as Ülker Stadium Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex ( Ülker Stadyumu Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Spor Kompleksi ), or simply Ülker Stadium , is a football stadium located in the Kadıköy district of Istanbul , Turkey.
