Kalutara District ( Sinhala : කළුතර දිස්ත්රික්කය ; Tamil : களுத்துறை மாவட்டம் Kaḷuttuṟai Māvaṭṭam ) is one of the 25 districts of Sri Lanka , the second level administrative division of the country.
