Haicheng ( Chinese : 海城 ; pinyin : Hǎichéng ; Jyutping : hoising ; lit. 'sea city'; Zhuang : Haijcwngz ) is the seat of the city of Beihai , Guangxi , China . It has an area of 140 square kilometres (54 sq mi) and a population of 240,000 as of 2004.
