Neighboring districts are (from east clockwise) Main-Tauber-Kreis , Hohenlohe-Kreis , Heilbronn , Rhein-Neckar-Kreis , Odenwaldkreis ( Hesse ) and Landkreis Miltenberg ( Bavaria ).
