The Istanbul University State Conservatory ( Turkish : İstanbul Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuarı) is a music, theatre, dance university in Istanbul . It is the oldest conservatory and the oldest continually operating music school in Turkey. It offers music training from secondary school to doctorate .
