Oscar Machado Zuloaga International Airport ( ICAO : SVCS ) is a general aviation airport in the Miranda state of Venezuela , serving Caracas , the capital of Venezuela. The airport is named in honor of Oscar Machado Zuloaga, an engineer and civic developer.
