Soto is one of 18 parishes (administrative divisions) in Aller , a municipality within the province and autonomous community of Asturias , in northern Spain . The parish of Soto borders to the north with the parish of Serrapio, to the south with Murias, to the east with Cabañaquinta and to the west with Piñeres.
