Si Chiang Mai ( Thai : ศรีเชียงใหม่ , pronounced [sǐː t͡ɕʰīa̯ŋ màj] ) is a district ( amphoe ) in the western part of Nong Khai province , northeastern Thailand . It may also be spelled Sri Chiang Mai .
