Pattani River ( Thai : แม่น้ำปัตตานี , RTGS : Maenam Pattani ; Thai pronunciation: [mɛ̂ːnáːm pàt.taː.niː] ; Malay : Sungai Patani ; Jawi : سوڠاي ڤتنا) is a river in southern Thailand .
