Qixia District ( simplified Chinese : 栖霞区 ; traditional Chinese : 棲霞區 ; pinyin : Qīxiá Qū ) is one of 11 districts of Nanjing , the capital of Jiangsu province, China, straddling both sides of the Yangtze River .
