The Qissa Khwani Bazaar ( Pashto : قصه خوانۍ بازار , Urdu : قصہ خوانی بازار ; "Story-tellers market ) is a bazaar in Peshawar , the capital of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan .
