Wagah ( / w ɑː ˈ ɡ ə / ; Punjabi : واگھا [ʋäː˦ˈgä] ; Urdu : واہگہ [ˈwɑːɦˌgɑː] ), also spelled Wagha , is a village and union council (UC 181) located in the Wahga Zone near Lahore City District , Pakistan .
