Tianmu ( Chinese : 天母 ; pinyin : Tiānmǔ ) is a neighborhood located in Shilin District , Taipei , Taiwan . Located on the northern border of the district, Tianmu borders the neighboring district of Beitou and Yangmingshan National Park.
