The Ulakhan-Chistay Range ( Russian : Улахан-Чистай ; Yakut : Улахан Чыыстай сис , romanized: Ulaxan Çııstay sis ) is a range of mountains in far North-eastern Russia . Administratively the range is part of the Sakha Republic of the Russian Federation .
