Yongsheng County ( simplified Chinese : 永胜县 ; traditional Chinese : 永勝縣 ; pinyin : Yǒngshèng Xiàn ) is located in the northwest of Yunnan province, China. It is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Lijiang . In 2019 the county had a population of 406,757 including 34.42% ethnic minorities .
