KB Mashinostroyeniya or KBM for short ( Russian : КБ Машиностроения, КБМ , lit.   'Machine-Building Design Bureau') is a state defence enterprise, scientific and design R&D centre specialised in missile systems located in Kolomna , Moscow region , Russia . Part of Rostec state corporation.
