Siilhem Mountains ( Russian : Сайлюгем , Sajljugem ; Mongolian : Сийлхэмийн нуруу , Sîlhemîn nurû ), or Sailughem , is a mountain range in the southeastern part of Altai Mountains , Russia, on the border of Altai Republic and Mongolia .
