Shakhtarsk ( Ukrainian : Шахтарськ , IPA: [ʃɐxˈtɑrsʲk] ) or Shakhtyorsk ( Russian : Шахтёрск ) is a city in Horlivka Raion , Donetsk Oblast , eastern Ukraine , currently occupied by Russia .
