Jaffna District ( Tamil : யாழ்ப்பாணம் மாவட்டம் Yāḻppāṇam Māvaṭṭam ; Sinhala : යාපනය දිස්ත්‍රික්කය yāpanaya distrikkaya ) is one of the 25 districts of Sri Lanka , the second level administrative division of the country.
