The Diapontian Islands or Diapontia Islands ( Greek : Διαπόντια Νησιά , romanized :  Diapontia Νisia , also known as Othonoi Islands ( Greek : Νήσοι Οθωνοί , romanized :  Νisoi Othonoi ) are a Greek island group in the Ionian Sea .
